Taking back our Eggs!

Would you like to receive $1 (less expenses) for every bill in your mailbox?

Who do you think pays for the postage and handling it takes to mail you a bill?  We the hens/roosters do, and it is time to get the foxes and dogs out of the henhouse!.  Imagine if the flock of utility customers brooded together and demanded that the fox send us an electronic bill and that we all expect to receive discounts on our bills as a result of the savings made in postage and handling. If you can see our vision and support our development, we can band together.  It is time we demand that the henhouse is put in order. This way we will be able to easily disclose our house data when it is time for the farmer (real estate agent) to change our coop.

Our eggs are our house data. From a layout of our sprinkler head locations, to our history of utility usage to the model of the faucet in the guest bath, we need a place to organize and electronically store house data. We can get our eggs back if we unite, save money and do what is right for the environment. If we stand in unity as a class, each fox and dog will back out of the hen house. We are beginning by uniting to form an organization to develop the transaction and data system. Your donations are the only way we will succeed. Once we build the web site, we will charge $1 per transaction from utility companies and suggest they use our system to eliminate their liter from our coops. If the foxes do not agree to use the system, our concentrated efforts will pressure them to convert. We can pressure the dogs (government) to enforce littering laws against them and we can boycott their products. Remember how effective the Boston Tea Party turned out to be? Our single system for recording all house data is the right thing to do.

Our golden egg is the real kicker. When we agree to allow a company to stop sending us a statement by receiving one online, we are not offered a rebate for reducing the utility's costs. Does anyone see anything wrong with this picture. To make matters worse, if a consumer chooses to have online statements with five different providers, then the consumer is faced with five different logins. So now it takes longer to go through the mail then it did when receiving paper statements. Again there is no rebate for the consumer who must labor over the process.

Hfacts.com is an emerging organization that will be spun off from eMiracleWorker.com. eMiracleWorker.com is an organization designed to fund nonprofit workers. Due to the economy and the need for matching funds to provide nonprofit worker needs, we came up with the idea of recovering our postage and handling costs. Our hope is that the savings will be passed on to our nonprofit community. While your donations are greatly appreciated and will be the means to our success, there is no investment or expectation of return. Our organization resolution is only to fund the development of Hfacts.com so that it may hopefully provide a means for funding our efforts much like the Salvation Army has thrift centers to fund its humanitarian relief efforts.

We are asking that every hen or rooster commit at least a dollar toward the development of Hfacts.com. Since electronic transactions are ineffective, we hope that you will get together with nine of your neighbors and combine your cash to make one ten dollar payment. Please also send this message to every contact you have. We fail if no one makes a commitment to get back our eggs. We fail if do not band together. Please band with us.

Our goal will be to create a single secure and independent location for every hen and rooster to store their house data. We will create a single electronic address for every physical address. This way your data will be available when you need it and you will only have to maintain a single web site from all of your providers. When you sell your property you will be able to disclose the contents of your house space and forward your personal data to your new address. This single house space will allow consumers to manage all of their utilities from a single account and by definition to remain nonprofit we will have to return profits less reasonable expenses to our hens and roosters. We are hoping that our web address will be synonymous with a single location for house data. There is no need for competition as we are nonprofit and our efforts will support all nonprofit workers without discrimination.

We are a nonprofit organization and plan to create Hfacts.com as nonprofit. With no profits, we will not have to report to Wall Street or have anyone running away with your money. We believe in fair compensation for hard work and that we should provide for our elders. We can focus on our core mission to store data and provide a tool for consumers to organize. We plan to avoid the watch dogs who are also guilty of taking our eggs in order to fund pork. Our governing body will be a board with veto power by our consumers. Consider the irony at the recent congressional hearing when the Detroit foxes (automakers) were chastised for not jetpooling to DC by a Congressman watchdog. While it seemed a victory to call the failing leaders on the carpet for wasteful practices, the calling was done by a government employee who will probably make more money speaking about the event then we will ever see through social security. This speaking income will be second to entitlements. To avoid the foxes and dogs, we want to give the hens and the roosters the final authority to make decisions regarding their eggs while being respectful of our neighbors.

We want to get the foxes and the dogs out of the hen house. We already started by asking Lowe's, The Home Depot, and the Texas PUC to help fund and organize our effort. We got little or no response. So we need to flock together. So we are contacting the major newspapers in the country and asking consumers to spread this message through contact lists to take back the henhouse! Please join to make this work.

Our plan:

1. The hens and roosters must unite. Sign our class action list. The more consumers we have, the more effective our influence. Your contact information will only be used by us to further our interest in collecting your eggs.
2. Your donations are greatly appreciated. We are currently under the eMiracleWorker.com network so your donations are tax deductible. The money collected will largely fund the development of a transaction system that will provide refund of fees collected from those that would stuff our cages (mail boxes) with paper.
3. Pass it on. Send an email to have other hens and roosters join our list. Send letters to the editor. We will send our letter to the top 100 newspapers in the US. Contact your Senators and Congressman in support of our organization. Send them an egg (please do not throw it).
4. We will notify the foxes to get out of the henhouse. We will give each fox reasonable time to commit to our organization and inform them that their statements are liter. We believe that liter is a waste of our resources an violates the law of our land. We believe that local jurisdictions will recognize our class as a united action against those that would liter our property. If necessary we will ask for lawmakers that will support our right to eliminate wasteful practices that we have to pay for.
5. If possible, we will start class actions against the foxes and dogs that refuse to stop littering.
6. Once our organization is fully funded we will return our revenue to the hens keeping while keeping a reserve for operations, paying a transaction fee to fund nonprofit workers and enabling an opportunity for hens to donate to nonprofit workers.
7. We all win. Reducing paper going to landfills helps the environment by saving trees and reducing greenhouse gases. Giving our refunds to our neighbors will benefit our communities and provide for those in need. Disclosure of our house facts is already a responsibility and doing so by electronic means will only enhance our transfers of real estate.

There is no guarantee that we will ever be successful but we believe we will have power to affect change once we have banded together and we are fully funded with the donations needed to build our web sites but this is in no way an investment or an expectation or return. Once our tools are funded and built, they will be made available to all the hens and roosters without charge for joining. Transaction fees and certificates will be charged to dogs and foxes interacting with our tools.
